Restricted pickup planning

GARAGE PICKUPS

The street address is only the beginning when a vehicle is inside a garage, gated lot, or managed property.

Find the vehicle entrance

Share the exact ramp or gate used by vehicles, the parking level, stall or section, and the clearance sign at the lowest point. A building address may lead to a lobby rather than a usable truck entrance.

Arrange permission

Ask management or security whether a truck may enter, where it may stage, and what identification or paperwork is required. If the vehicle cannot roll, explain whether it can be moved to a loading area by an authorized person.

Mention obstacles early

Tell the operator about steep ramps, tight turns, vehicle height, damaged wheels, locked steering, and elevator or valet restrictions. The safe pickup method and final price are confirmed only after those conditions are reviewed.

Bring these details to the call

  • Entrance street and posted height
  • Parking level and stall
  • Gate code or staff access
  • Property authorization and vehicle mobility

Use the Tow Request Checklist to organize what you know, then call (305) 690-0633. The checklist does not submit or save answers. Availability and the final quote are confirmed by phone.
