Location is more than a neighborhood

MIAMI COVERAGE

A precise pickup point and receiving address are more useful than a broad neighborhood name.

City streets and neighborhoods

Requests can begin in Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, and other Miami areas, subject to actual availability. Give the street address, cross street, side of the road, and any entrance a truck must use.

Managed properties

Condos, hospitals, airports, garages, and private lots often have access rules. A neighborhood alone cannot tell an operator whether a truck can reach the vehicle. Check clearance, gates, and property permission first.

Confirm both ends of the route

The vehicle may need to go to a repair shop, home, or another authorized destination. Confirm that the receiver can accept it. The operator will review the route, availability, and price by phone.

Bring these details to the call

  • Full pickup address and entrance
  • Cross street and parking position
  • Property rules or safety hazards
  • Drop-off address and receiving hours

Use the Tow Request Checklist to organize what you know, then call (305) 690-0633. The checklist does not submit or save answers. Availability and the final quote are confirmed by phone.
